A micro program with surprising and easy-to-do experiments that invites children to experiment, solve problems and create in an engaging way using science, art and technology.
The premise was to do something simple, get a good number of chapters out of it, cost as little as possible, and be very entertaining. The HECL proposal checked with all those requirements, so we made it happen.
